The Subject:

Millennials in the Workplace: A Challenge and an Opportunity

Are you encountering difficulty recruiting and retaining talent? If so, welcome to the age of the millennial. In 5-8 years, millennials will make up 75 percent of the workforce and continue to fill even more management positions. To continue to succeed, employers must understand this generation’s values, expectations, and motivators so they can apply the right amount of challenge and support.

In this workshop expert trainer and coach, Lisa Hall, and employment attorney, Eric Ebbert, will discuss the factors that shape the millennials’ ethics, work habits, expectations, and values. Together, we will then explore your opportunity as business owners and HR professionals for a competitive edge to attract, motivate, cultivate, and retain millennial employees. With this information, you will be equipped to manage your workforce to success.
