Financial Wisdom Lunch & Learn Series

The Subject:

You Lock Your House. Why Not Protect Your Assets?

On March 30, Philip Bryce, Attorney at Law, will close our Financial Wisdom Lunch & Learn Series with a discussion on how business owners in Tennessee can sleep soundly at night with their assets fully protected from claims or litigation.

Tennessee is often at the cutting edge of trust law, as evidenced by the recent passage of the Tennessee Investment Services Act. But the new “Gift from God Trust” puts a whole new meaning on flexibility of planning and protection of assets, especially real and personal property as well as bank and investment accounts in Tennessee. Some might even say this trust raises asset protection in Tennessee to be the best in the country. Certainly, the “Gift from God” moniker alone carries a great deal of weight, but what can it do for you?

At our upcoming Lunch & Learn, we will answer these questions:
  • Why was this Act passed?
  • Who can benefit from this?
  • What assets can be protected?
  • What if my house is mortgaged?
  • Aren’t I too small of a fish for this?
  • How can I know if this really works?

Just like you lock up valuables in your house, you will find out how the new Gift from God Trust can protect your assets from liability and other possible threats against your estate.
