The Legacy Centre Speaker Series: Kick-Off to 10th Annual Celebration of Family Business

10th Anniversary Celebration

Let's gather together, feast, and count our blessings!

Be our guest for the official kick-off to our
10th Annual Celebration of Family Business
and TLC's 10th Anniversary...

In commemoration of The Legacy Centre's 10th anniversary and our Annual Family Business Celebration, you are cordially invited to join us on Tuesday, November 17, for a special Thanksgiving Feast at Bearden Banquet Hall as TLC officially kicks off its 10th Annual Celebration of Family Business and gives thanks to family and friends so dear for a decade of connecting, growing, and serving Knoxville since its inception on November 17, 2010.

In addition to hosting a special ceremony to recognize legacy businesses in our community, we are honored to welcome Adam Starkey, an owner of Rose Mortuary, as our special guest speaker. With a deep-rooted 136-year heritage of serving families with quality and compassion, Rose Mortuary stands strong with two locations as Knoxville's second oldest family business and one of the largest independent funeral homes in Tennessee. Keenly aware of the impact our lives have on others, Adam will talk about the importance of "Living Your Legacy" now. Today, you are writing the story people will tell about you. Will it be a good story?

On November 17, let's gather together and give thanks as we celebrate TLC's 10th anniversary and the amazing legacy of all family-owned businesses in our community.

Harbours GateThose attending also are invited to bring a canned good or other non-perishable item to help support families served by the ministry of Harbours Gate

Note: Please be aware that this luncheon event will be held at Bearden Banquet Hall. Also, be advised we will practice appropriate social distancing measures, including no-contact temperature checks at the door, sanitizing stations, and air purifying systems provided by Ionogen. Due to local mandates and to ensure the safety of all, masks are expected (except when eating). Lunch will be served safely by masked/gloved servers, and tables/seats will be socially distanced. Thank you!
