Lunch & Learn Series

The Subject:

Options Beyond Conventional Coverage

Most employers are acutely aware that healthcare costs have been rapidly rising over the past fifteen years significantly outpacing inflation. Yet, health insurance is a key benefit that employers must provide if they’re to offer employees a competitive benefits package and continue to attract and maintain top talent.

As healthcare costs continue to rise, smaller and mid-sized companies are increasingly looking to leverage the benefits of self-funded plans but lack scale of a large company to completely self-fund their health program. There is another way to achieve similar benefits.

Through a Medical Stop Loss Group Captive, it allows smaller and mid-sized companies to combine their buying power to build self-funded health insurance programs as a group. A Medical Stop Loss Group Captive member enjoys the best of both worlds by providing members the increased control of a self-funded program while still offering protection from catastrophic risks.

If you are an employer with 75 to 300 employees and interested in being the best in class while gaining control over your healthcare spend, come learn more about this innovation concept that at our next Lunch & Learn that Wyatt Insurance Services is hosting at Chesapeake’s on April 2nd

Reserve your seat today! Your RSVP is kindly requested by March 29th to reserve your seat and meal.

Note: Due to the nature of this program, this is an exclusive event for employers with 75-300 employees. To help us reserve the appropriate number of seats and plates for lunch, please ensure your registration is firm. Thank you!
