Join us for the official kick-off to our 16th Annual Celebration of Family Business on Tuesday, November 17, at Chesapeake’s! We are excited to have Lacey Hayes, Professional EOS Implementer and third generation member of her family's 75+ year floral business, as our special guest speaker.

Meet Our Speaker: Lacey Hayes
Lacey Hayes is a Professional EOS Implementer (Entrepreneurial Operating System), executive facilitator, and speaker specializing in operational and mental performance excellence. Prior to her advisory work, she served as an enterprise growth leader and in-house EOS implementer, helping grow and scale a multi-state hospice organization across 32 offices. Hayes serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) and is a trained examiner in the Baldrige Performance Excellence criteria. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lincoln Memorial University and a Bachelor of Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee.
