Rob Brown is President and founder of the Center for Business Transformation (CBT Inc.). CBT Inc. provides custom roadmaps for transforming all levels of organizations to create competitive advantages, extraordinary financial results, and relationships based on trust while leaving a culture of on-going improvement.
Rob has a successful track record in driving business and cultural transformation within companies, such as ArvinMeritor, Carlisle Corp, Cessna Aircraft, Delta Airlines, Honda of America, John Deere, and others. Local clients include Agile Technologies, Apple Healthcare, Bailey International, CTI Molecular Imaging (now Siemens), EnergX LLC, the Knoxville News Sentinel, and Sustainable Future...many of whom are members of The Legacy Centre. His lifetime client savings portfolio exceeds $5 billion, and he has personally led leadership and productivity improvement events with close to 10,000 people at over 70 organizations.
He and his wife, Francie, are Purdue grads and have four wonderful children.
