The Legacy Centre Speaker Series with Dr. Paul Metler

"Breaking Eggs, Making Omelets, Leading Change" presented by Paul Metler, Ph.D., InitiativeOne

Eggs

Change is coming.

Fear sets in…
Old habits take root…
Unhealthy thoughts limit your response…

Let’s be honest. Most of us have a love-hate relationship with change. When we recall the cost of change in human terms, the strain on time and resources, before long, the classic “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…” seems all too fitting.

When change is afoot, it feels like we’re walking on eggshells, but you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs. It is not only inevitable, it is required.

There is no growth without change.

So it is with our leadership effectiveness. There are things we need to break in our lives, namely, the fear of change, habits that hinder, ways of thinking that limit us. There are things we need to make in our lives - commitment, trust, healthy relationships. We make our legacy by our choices.

Leading deep change requires courage, discipline and an intentional plan to initiate, invite others, and inspire them to action. Otherwise, you leave your legacy to chance.

Before you break the entire carton of eggs with no omelet in sight, join us on June 12th! You will learn three essentials for becoming an exceptional agent of change:

    •    What do I need to Break?

    •    What do I need to Make?
    •    How do I need to Lead?

Dr. Metler will communicate these steps by sharing some significant changes and crisis points in his own life that will help you break the chains holding you and your business captive. It’s time for change.
