The Legacy Centre Speaker Series with John Anderson

"Continuous ImprovementCritical to the growth and success of every business" presented by John A. Anderson, Synergy Solutions, Inc.

OODA Loop

Live Wisely Series
“Wise people’s lives get better and better.”
Proverbs 15:24

You are at a crossroads. This is your opportunity to make your business better. How do you approach that decision? All eyes are on you. Your family, your employees, and your customers are counting on you. You cannot afford to take a wrong turn.

Stakes are high.

In moments like these, do you have a proven method of problem-solving that works for you and your team or is it like the blind leading the blind when issues occur? Is your tendency to lead by tradition or innovation, intuition or deliberate thought?

American inventor and businessman Charles Kettering said, “A problem well-stated is a problem half-solved.” But when business owners are faced with crossroad scenarios, sometimes, multiple times a day, the process of improving can seem like an uphill battle.

Still, your business should strive to get better – every day.

Join us on August 11, as we discuss how continuous improvement is critical to not only ensuring the growth and success of your company, but also disrupting the status quo in order to get a little better every day by both incremental and innovative breakthroughs.

In this session, business owners will learn strategies to continuously improve their products and processes. To empower businesses to accomplish this often-difficult task, expert trainer John Anderson will:

  • Provide insight into realistic and effective decision analysis and problem-solving approaches.
  • Address the steps of decision analysis and explore the differences between “System 1” and “System 2” thinking.
  • Introduce the problem-solving process known as “OODA Loop” (Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act), an effective tool that gets to the root of problems and ultimately identifies and implements a resolution.

Is your business better today than it was yesterday? Go disrupt! Good decisions lead to better business.
